1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

bet55 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bet55 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or using a family member's identity — is strictly prohibited. bet55 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts discovered, forfeiting any balances held in them.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate personal details when registering with bet55. The name on your bet55 account must match the name on your payment accounts (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account). Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
3.3 Account Security
Your bet55 account password is your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone — not a friend, not a family member, not anyone claiming to be bet55 support. bet55 will never ask you for your password. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
bet55 may require you to complete identity verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof that the payment method used is registered in your name. Verification protects you and is a standard anti-fraud measure. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until documentation is provided.
4. Deposits & Payments
bet55 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

bet55 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your bank or wallet provider. All deposits must come from an account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable fees.
Important: Depositing funds into your bet55 account confirms you are doing so voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose for entertainment purposes. bet55 does not offer credit and will never allow you to bet money you have not first deposited.
Pakistani players across all regions can deposit and withdraw using local payment methods on bet55.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
To request a withdrawal from your bet55 account, you must have completed the account verification process (Section 3.4) and met any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your own name.
5.2 Processing Times
bet55 aims to process all withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount from bet55 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification steps to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
bet55 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not been fully verified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal conflicts with anti-money-laundering obligations. In such cases, bet55 will notify you and request any additional information required to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on bet55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bet55, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- bet55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including errors in odds, game descriptions or event details.
- Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except where odds are subject to SP (Starting Price) markets.
- bet55 may impose maximum bet limits on any market at its discretion. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
- In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session that interrupts play, bet55 will apply its technical failure policy to resolve the round fairly. Interrupted sessions are treated as void unless sufficient information exists to determine a fair outcome.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity.
6.1 Live Betting
Live in-play betting on bet55 — including live cricket betting — operates in real time with odds updating continuously. bet55 takes no responsibility for the speed of your internet connection. If a bet is placed after an event outcome has occurred but before the market has been settled, bet55 reserves the right to void such bets. All live bet settlements are final once confirmed.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
bet55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
7.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register on bet55 and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus — a 100% match on the first deposit up to Rs 50,000. To unlock and withdraw bonus winnings, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be completed. Only bets placed with a minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports) or on eligible casino games count towards wagering requirements.
Example: You deposit Rs 5,000 and receive a Rs 5,000 bonus. To release these bonus funds for withdrawal, you need to wager Rs 5,000 × 20 = Rs 1,00,000. This wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
7.2 General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus can be active at a time on bet55 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
- Bonuses are credited in bonus funds, separate from your real money balance. Real money bets are placed first before bonus funds are used.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without completing wagering requirements.
- bet55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already in progress.
- Any player suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or structuring bets to minimise wagering risk — will have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed.
- All promotional offers are available to Pakistani players only and are intended for genuine recreational use.

8. Responsible Gaming
bet55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this commitment seriously. Gaming is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.
bet55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum you're willing to lose within a set timeframe.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a specified duration.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from bet55 for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

9. Player Conduct
By using bet55, you agree to conduct yourself honestly and fairly at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner without express written consent from bet55.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in pricing for financial gain.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using bet55 in connection with any illegal financial activity.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing bet55 staff through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the bet55 platform — including the bet55 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet55 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from any bet55 content without prior written permission from bet55.
Game titles, studio names and provider logos visible on bet55 remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence.
11. Limitation of Liability
bet55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bet55 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
bet55 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits or winnings arising from platform downtime, technical failures or interruptions outside of bet55's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of or inability to use the bet55 platform.
- The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals on their end.
- Any loss resulting from your failure to properly secure your account credentials.
Nothing in these terms limits bet55's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by bet55's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12. Account Suspension & Closure
12.1 Closure by bet55
bet55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where continued operation of the account would breach applicable regulations. In the event of a closure due to a rule breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
12.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bet55 account at any time by contacting support@bet55.cash. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please specify this so that self-exclusion measures can also be applied.
13. Changes to These Terms
bet55 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of bet55 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
